Our mission is to cultivate an educational system that fosters academic excellence, inclusivity, and adaptability. We aim to achieve this through:
At the core of our mission lies a critical and compelling goal: to transform education in UK schools. With statistics indicating that 41% of Year 6 pupils in England did not meet the expected standards in literacy and math in 2023, and the additional challenges faced by millions of families seeking adequate support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), it is evident that change is imperative. We are committed to reversing these trends and ensuring that our children are equipped with the essential skills needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive global landscape.
REVITALISING EDUCATION is dedicated to cultivating an educational system that fosters academic excellence, inclusivity, and adaptability. At The Social Impact Academy, we believe that education is the foundation of a just and equitable society, and our mission is to create learning environments where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
To achieve this, we integrate neurodiversity and safeguarding into educational practices, ensuring that diverse learning needs are met and that all students are supported. Our programs focus on developing innovative teaching methods that promote inclusivity and adaptability, preparing students for the challenges of the future. By aligning our efforts with Net Zero goals, we also emphasize sustainability within educational practices, ensuring that schools contribute to a greener future.
We leverage social impact investing to fund educational initiatives that prioritize academic excellence and inclusivity. Through education, advocacy, and community action, The Social Impact Academy is committed to driving positive transformation in the education sector, empowering both students and educators to achieve their full potential and fostering a more just and equitable society.
We work in close partnership with school administrators and educational policymakers to pinpoint areas that require innovation and improvement. By fostering open dialogue and strategic collaborations, we aim to introduce and implement educational policies and practices that enhance learning outcomes for all students, including those with SEND.
True and lasting change in education comes from understanding the needs and experiences of those directly affected. We engage with students, parents, educators, and community members to gather insights that drive meaningful and practical reforms, particularly focusing on the unique challenges faced by families with SEND children.
Recognising and supporting exceptional teachers and educational staff is vital. These dedicated professionals are the foundation of our initiatives, setting the standards for the quality and commitment we strive to achieve universally.
Inclusivity: We believe in creating educational environments that are accessible and equitable for all students, regardless of their background or abilities. Inclusivity not only enriches the learning experience but also prepares students to live and work in a diverse world.
Adaptability: We promote flexibility in educational methods and curricula to keep pace with the evolving demands of society and the job market, ensuring that students are not just learning but are being prepared for the future.
Accountability: Maintaining a high standard of accountability ensures that educational policies and practices are continuously assessed and refined for effectiveness and fairness.
Innovation: We encourage innovative approaches to teaching and learning that engage students and enhance their educational outcomes, particularly through tailored strategies that support students with SEND.

Kelly is a passionate campaigner and advocate for inclusion and equity in the UK education system. She is a communications and engagement specialist with a wealth of experience in charity, public and private sectors. At home, she is ‘mum’ to an amazing 13-year-old boy and an incredible 9-year-old girl, who are both neurodivergent. The battles she faced to get her children the same access to education as their peers left her exhausted, anxious and furious. Tired of never being treated like an expert in the room, Kelly channelled that fury into completing a part-time Masters in Special and Inclusive Education at the University of Nottingham.
